Porch is a chef-created proper fried chicken and fine smoked meats restaurant run by brother and sister, Jason and Lindsay Zubay, along with executive chef Justin Schoville. They opened their doors for business in 2017, and business has been growing steadily ever since. White Space partnered with Porch (and Cellar) to develop their brand and apply it throughout their latest concept.
